Service Standards

Medsail Holidays AB works with a network of vetted yacht owners and operators across Turkey, Greece, and Croatia. We aim to hold every charter we arrange to a consistent standard:

Before your charter: a dedicated point of contact to help you choose the right vessel, clear written confirmation of price, dates, inclusions and exclusions, and prompt replies to booking questions.

Onboard: a professional crew (captain, and where applicable chef/hostess/deckhand), a vessel presented clean and in good working order, and the itinerary, meal plan, and inclusions agreed at booking.

If something falls short: guests are encouraged to raise any issue with the crew or with us directly during the charter so it can be addressed as early as possible; issues raised after the charter ends will still be reviewed, but options for a same-charter remedy are more limited.

Questions about what is included on a specific vessel or route are best confirmed with our team before booking, since standards and inclusions can vary between owners and vessel categories.
