Distance Sales Agreement

This page explains the terms that apply when you book a yacht charter, cabin charter, or other service from Medsail Holidays AB online or by phone/email, without being physically present at our office at the time of booking.

Identification of the seller: Medsail Holidays AB, Org No 556789-4810, Hjulstavägen 92, 163 76 Spånga, Stockholm, Sweden.

Subject of the agreement: the charter, cabin berth, or other service described on the booking confirmation you receive from us, including the agreed dates, price, and vessel or route.

Price and payment: the total price is as stated in your booking confirmation. A deposit may be requested to secure a reservation, with the balance due before the charter start date, as communicated at the time of booking.

Right of withdrawal: because charter dates are tied to a specific departure date and vessel availability, cancellation and refund terms are governed by our Cancellation Policy rather than a general right of withdrawal.
