Cancellation Policy
Bookings are confirmed with a deposit, payable once dates and cabins are agreed. If you book at least 8 weeks before departure, payment can be split into two instalments — 50% on booking and the remaining 50% one month before departure. If you book at least 3 months ahead, payment can instead be split into three instalments. Within 8 weeks of departure, full payment is required to secure the booking. A weekly half-board and open-bar contribution of 350 EUR per adult (170 EUR for children under 12, 250 EUR for ages 12-18) is payable on boarding and covers breakfast and one main meal daily, onboard drinks, harbour and marina fees, and crew provisions. Single occupancy of a double cabin carries a supplement of 60% in mid-season and 75% in high season; a third person in a triple cabin receives a 33% reduction, and a child in a child's bed pays 50% of the adult price. We recommend arranging independent travel and cancellation insurance directly with your own insurer, rather than relying on card-issued cover.
Day by Day Itinerary
Boarding takes place in the evening on the island of Aegina — a short, easy crossing from Piraeus — or alternatively at Marina Zea in Piraeus.
We sail to Epidavros, on the Peloponnese coast, home to one of the best-preserved theatres of the ancient world.
A morning to visit Epidavros before setting off after lunch, spending the evening and night at anchor in a quiet cove close to Corinth.
A passage through the Corinth Canal, a narrow, dramatic cut through the isthmus, followed by a midday stop in a cove before reaching Galaxidi for the evening.
Time in Galaxidi, with the option of an excursion inland to Delphi, "the navel of the world", before continuing to the small island of Trizonia.
On past Nafpaktos, where the Ottoman fleet was famously defeated in 1571, and beneath the Rio-Antirio bridge, before mooring at Messolonghi for the final night.
Disembarkation is by 9am, with a transfer back to Athens Airport.
In this type of charters, it is rather difficult to give the names of the yachts in advance as the bookings on these cruises are open until the departure day. The yachts are allocated according to the latest booking status with the right room breakdown.
The cabin charters are operated on traditionally built wooden yachts. They are crewed motor sailors, ranging from 18 meter to 42 meter. The capacities of these yachts vary from 4 to 16 double cabins with private sanitary facilities and they are adequate to accommodate 12 to 46 persons on each cruise. They all meet standard security requirements and are equipped with navigation, sailing and cooking facilities.
